Plastic Department Picture Our plastic injection molding department has 30 years plastic injection experience with imported machines from 50T to 400T and 22 sets plastic injection molding machine. Adopting imported plastic raw materials, Japanese and American brands, etc. including plastic products printing, plastic products ultrasound and plastic painted sprays etc. Using imported printing inks and anti-alcohol resistant paint; plastic products, printing wear test. impact-resistant plastic test to match automatic IR UV line dried and flexible production deployment by testing plastic products printing anti-alcohol resistant and plastic products impact resistance.
Figure Ⅲ: Rubber Department
Rubber Department Picture Our rubber vacuum molding department has 20 years manufacturing experience. Adopting Imported rubber raw material. According to company’s standard requirement molding by adjusting the color by ourselves through aging test and printed wear test. To ensure the rubber products quality requirements, we have 2 sets automatic printing machines and using imported printing inks.

Nameplate Department Picture Our membrane buttons and panel department has 20 years manufacturing experience. Adopting imported Britain PET and American PC etc. raw materials and imported printing ink to ensure the printing wear resistance. To match the automatic IR UV line dried and 3 sets automatic beat matching convex charter, we have total 6 sets automatic and manual printing machines. 2 sets P + R machines, automatic positioning punch and 8 sets auto punch to effectively ensure the quality.

SMT Picture We have two SMT lines, one of them is prepared to automatically SMD line. 2 sets Reflow machines, A warm area is devided into 8 UP and 8 DOWN and total 16 temperature zones. A warm area is devided into UP 10 and DOWN 10 and total 20 temperature zones. Adopted inportment automatic printing solder paste machine. Our company has been used in all lead-free ROHS solder wire and solder paste from 2002 to ensure the flexibility when assembly the finished product.

COB Picture We have 4 set automatic bonding machine and 2 sets dispensing machine to improve the production speed by adopting imported 1.0MIL aluminum wire, it can be up to 7-12g pull to ensure the bonding quality.

Assembly Department Our finished-products department has 30 years of remote control assembly experience with 14 automatic circular assembly lines and dedusting plant. Using single-compartment approach: each grid has additional space to prepare material in order to prevent the production of artificial mixing. One of the assembly line can produce 5000PCS/day. Production equipment are all inspected. high-quality position management, and remote control production are all passed our laboratory lifetime test and in line with market requirements.
